Shim Shower Door

Using the clear shims will angle the shower door sweep to follow the angle of gap.

Remove the screws from the hinge you need to shim using a screwdriver or a drill and screwdriver bit. Slide the shim behind the hinge that needs the extra spacing then drive the screws back in tightly and check the operation of the door. Short of a great shim. This will widen the gap along the hinge side and narrow the gap along the latch side.

The aluminum side jamb vertical fit on the shower head. If the door has three hinges remove the screws from the middle hinge as well. Hopefully this shim will be enough to make the latch solid. Some may angle one way or another.
